October/November 2024: various places

• $200 to Lightcone as a reward for writing a really good case for why to donate to Lightcone (even though ultimately I didn’t make Lightcone one of my top candidates).
• $450 to PauseAI Global and $50 to AI Safety and Governance Fund as part of Manifund’s EA Community Choice fundraiser.
• $1 to PauseAI Global because I asked my DAF to grant $1 to Manifund as a test donation.

March 2016: $10 to Animal Equality

I played a poker game where the money gets donated to the winner’s charity. The winner chose Animal Equality.

January 2016: $20 to Machine Intelligence Research Institute

I played a charity poker game and won. My chosen charity was the Machine Intelligence Research Institute.

December 2015: $20 to Raising for Effective Giving

I purchased a product for a friend, and he paid me back by making a donation to REG.

November 2015: $20 to The Humane League
